Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MyWallet application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using MyWallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyWallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MyWallet is a free personal finance management application that provides:

• Multi-account tracking (bank accounts, credit cards, cash, digital wallets, loans)
• Manual and AI-assisted transaction logging
• Spending analytics and category-based budgeting
• Savings goal tracking (sinking funds)
• Tax-deductible transaction flagging and reporting
• Multi-currency support with exchange rate conversion
• Optional Google Drive backup and restore

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful personal finance management purposes
• Provide accurate information when entering financial data
• Maintain the security of your device and any biometric/PIN locks
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Not use the App for any commercial, illegal, or fraudulent purposes

While we strive for accuracy in all calculations and data processing:

• AI Parsing: The AI Assistant's NLP parsing may occasionally misinterpret your free-text input. Always review and confirm parsed transactions before saving them.
• Exchange Rates: Currency exchange rates are fetched from third-party providers and may not reflect real-time market rates. They are provided for informational purposes only.
• Calculations: Balance calculations, analytics, and reports are based on the data you enter. Accuracy depends on the completeness and correctness of your inputs.

6. AI & Vault Features Usage

When using advanced features:

• AI Assistant: All free-text queries are processed entirely on your device. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the NLP engine.
• Secure Vault: Data is encrypted locally. If you lose your device or uninstall the app without a backup, this encrypted data cannot be recovered by us.

7. Google Drive Integration

The optional Google Drive backup feature:

• Requires Google Sign-In and access to Google Drive's App Data folder
• Stores backup files in a private folder accessible only by MyWallet
• Is subject to Google's Terms of Service and storage limitations
• Can be disconnected at any time from within the App or your Google Account settings

8. Intellectual Property

MyWallet, including its design, code, graphics, animations, and branding, is the intellectual property of MD Rahim. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components
• Use MyWallet branding, logos, or assets without written permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• MyWallet is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
• We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, or any other cause. Users are encouraged to use the Google Drive backup feature regularly

10. Termination

You may stop using MyWallet at any time by uninstalling the App. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted. Google Drive backups will remain in your Drive until you manually delete them.

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be communicated through in-app notifications.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
